Let it be play — that is the essence of my family photography in Vejle. My name is Maiken, and behind Henneberg Photography is a wish to preserve the small, true moments between people in a calm and caring way. My approach is present and effortless: I guide without directing, play my way through the session, and let the children set the pace so the images feel natural and full of atmosphere. I specialize in family photography and children's photography with a focus on authenticity rather than staged poses. Whether you choose an outdoor location in nature or a quieter indoor setting, I work with natural light, muted colours, and timeless compositions. My aim is always to highlight relationships — little hands, a look, a laugh — so you receive family portraits you'll enjoy for years to come. The collaboration always begins with a calm, practical conversation about what you want from the images. I’m happy to offer advice on clothing (neutral colours without large prints work especially well), and I tailor the session to the children's age and temperament. During the shoot I prioritise safety, warmth and a relaxed atmosphere; that’s how the most honest reactions in front of the camera emerge. I place great value on a personal expression and handle editing with respect for the subject’s natural look — the results should feel like you, not like a studio portrait. When the images are ready, you receive them in a private online gallery where you can view, share and select your favourites. If you would like physical prints, I work with local suppliers to offer sustainable, Danish print options so your photos can also hang beautifully on the wall.
