As a family photographer in Copenhagen, I work with one clear ambition: to create family images that feel true. My approach is lifestyle and documentary — no forced posing, no heavy-handed retouching. I aim to capture the small moments: the laughter between siblings, the quiet of morning routines, the first meeting with a newborn — exactly as they are. Why choose me for your family photography? As a mother of three boys, I understand the pace of family life and how to calmly guide a session so that both adults and children can be themselves. My work is built on empathy, patience and the ability to notice the moments you’ll later miss. My style is natural: I primarily use available light, calm compositions and minimal editing to preserve the atmosphere. During a family or newborn session I prioritise comfort — I often photograph at home or in your favourite spots in and around Copenhagen, where children feel secure and spontaneous moments can surface. Before each shoot I offer a personal preparation call with advice on clothing, timing and locations so you have the best conditions for images you’ll love. How does the collaboration work? We start with a conversation about what you want to preserve, the moments that matter to you and practical details. On the day I work discreetly and calmly — I don’t direct for perfect poses but look for honest relationships and movement. Afterwards I deliver a selected, beautifully edited series of images that tell your family’s story. In addition to family photography, I also offer complementary sessions such as maternity and newborn photography, as well as coverage of children’s birthday parties and christenings when they fit into your family’s story.
